Crisis / Respite Homes

The Arc of Cape May County, Inc. operates three homes, serving both adults and children, in which Crisis/Respite services are provided for eligible individuals. These homes offer group home settings to persons in need of short term care due to a personal crisis or caregiver crisis or for persons simply in need of out of home respite. The goal of each home is to provide a safe and caring environment for all persons during their stay. Each home utilizes "Gentle Teaching" which is a non-aversive behavior management approach for persons with developmental disabilities.
